Yongqing Door Industry New Employee Training
In order to enable new employees to quickly integrate into the company and enhance their sense of identification and belonging, the Human Resources Department of Yongqing Door Industry launched a new employee training activity on July 25th. Nine employees who have been employed in the past two months have participated in this training. The training covers aspects such as corporate culture, rules and regulations, product classification, U9 system usage, daily behavior norms, and approval processes.
Before the training officially began, the training supervisor of the human resources department led everyone to play a small game of "Introduction and Connection": Who am I? This allowed new employees to have a preliminary understanding and knowledge of each other, and the atmosphere of the training meeting also became lively.
