"Unite and Go to the Future Together "-2023 Yongqing Door Industry Employee Team Building Activity

In order to improve team collaboration skills and create a positive cultural atmosphere, Shijiazhuang Yongqing Building Materials Wood Industry Co., Ltd. organized an outdoor team building activity for employees on July 14th with the theme of "Concentrate and Go to the Future Together". The purpose of this event is to enhance team cohesion and employees' sense of belonging, better promote cross departmental communication and integration of new employees, while allowing employees to relax and enjoy happiness in their busy work, and to devote themselves to future work with more enthusiasm.

At 7:30 am on the 14th, everyone gathered in front of the office building, and the uniformly dressed "Yongqing Youth" took photos together. Then take two buses to the destination of this team building - the "Yesanpo" scenic area.

The time on the road is happy and brief. Under the guidance of the coach, we completed a series of relaxed and lively hot field games in the car. Experience fun and understand principles in the game, find patterns and methods, and waves of warm applause and cheers resound in the carriage.

Unconsciously arrived at the destination. After putting down their backpacks and making some simple adjustments, everyone immediately kicked off the team building activity: breaking the ice and setting sail.

The main theme of this team building is to enhance team cohesion, improve employees' sense of belonging, accelerate team integration, and promote cross departmental communication. In this year's team building activity, nearly half of the members have been with the company for less than a year and are still new employees, so accelerating team integration and enhancing mutual understanding are particularly important.

The coach establishes a foundation of mutual trust by creating a team atmosphere. Under the guidance of the coach, all personnel were divided into four teams: red, yellow, blue, and green. Everyone quickly formed and integrated into the team.

The team building project in the afternoon starts with a high-altitude challenge, where all members need to overcome fear, break through themselves, and complete tasks through mutual encouragement.

The project of 'Crossing the World' embodies the combination of movement and stillness, enhancing focus; Overall planning tests team cohesion.

The Frisbee Carnival project aims to enhance team mutual trust, build a sense of team honor, promote teamwork and cooperation, and overcome difficulties with courage. Everyone experienced and practiced the team frisbee spirit of "never dropping and never giving up" together. Experience the joy of collaboration and enhance the team's cohesion.

Every activity is a wonderful showdown of wisdom and passion! The four teams are equally strong, each with their own strengths. In this process, everyone has different experiences, gains, and insights.

Life is a search for food, a spoonful of rice, a dish, giving birth to the fireworks of the human world. The kitchen is the most authentic existence in life, and it is also the easiest place to bring people closer together. It breaks down barriers with delicious food and melts misunderstandings with the love of a team.

Enjoying the satisfaction of being hands-on and having enough food and clothing, night quietly fell. At this moment, having a lively and enthusiastic bonfire party is truly a source of immense joy! In the mysterious night, the light of the bonfire surrounds us, and we sing and dance together, sharing this beautiful moment.

At 6:30 am on the 15th, the team gathered and headed to the Bailixia Scenic Area to begin their morning task - "Rapid Progress". As the name suggests, speed should be taken into account while moving forward. After receiving the task, participants use a map compass to assist in finding various task points and unlock as many tasks as possible.

Sweat and happiness are directly proportional, and the reason for happiness is because we have put in effort and worked hard! The joy of success is shared by those who have experienced it. Life is like climbing a mountain, what matters is not the outcome, but the process and the beautiful scenery along the way!

The task of advancing at high speed has been completed by all teams, and everyone is tired and happy. Next, Executive Vice General Manager Zeng Jia will give a summary speech on the team building activities of the past two days.

Colleagues have learned through practical exercises and made changes through experiential learning, benefiting greatly and gaining more life insights. After experiencing the joy of success brought by dedication, collaboration, and courage, everyone deeply feels the essence of "responsibility, collaboration, and confidence", as well as the responsibilities that must be undertaken as a member of the team. During the free time in the afternoon, everyone experienced the joy of bamboo rafts. Riding a bamboo raft, swaying between the mountains and waters with the waves, the mountains and waters turn, like a poem or painting.

At 4 pm, the team building activity was successfully concluded. Through the implementation of this activity, employees were able to get close to nature, experience the green mountains and clear waters, embody the company's humanistic concept of caring for employees, deepen solidarity and communication among employees, enrich the knowledge and fun of corporate culture, and harvest positive energy.
