New Yonking wooden paint-free fire door has a warm texture and super fire performance. New Yonking wood paint-free fire door is mainly made of SPF wood imported from Canada that has been vacuum-pressed and flame-retardant treated, supplemented by high-quality fire-resistant glass magnesium board, and filled with lightweight fire-resistant perlite board.
The door frame adopts a composite structure of high-quality wood and fireproof board. A layer of fireproof board with a thickness of 12mm is added to the fire-resistant surface of the wood. The surface is attached to a PET heat transfer steel plate with a thickness of 0.6mm. The PET finish is optional. All contact parts between the door frame and the door leaf are equipped with fire-proof and smoke-proof expansion sealing strips, which can expand at critical moments to prevent the passage of deadly smoke.
The door leaf adopts an original sandwich structure, and fire-resistant glass magnesium board is added between the flame-retardant wooden frame and the surface decoration layer, and the wooden dragon frame is filled with green perlite fire-proof material. Reasonable structure makes the door leaf as a whole can withstand high temperature up to 1000 ℃. The decorative surface is made of melamine veneer, which has high compressive strength and scratch resistance, and can adapt to harsh construction environments. Optional wood grain finish has a good decorative effect.
